A memorable assessment during training

If i am not mistaken, i conducted my training on Mon, just b4 i knocked off for the day.. I was the 2nd batch to be called for the assessment after a bad experience from the 1st batch n all of us get reprimanded.. B4 the assessment start, we were told tat 4 of us would be called for assessment today, so after lunch, me n colleague of the same table were like joking saying tat though both of us have no hands on experience, only theories, just bring it on.

Ended up, i was really called for the assessment.. Of all the assessor, i heard tat my assessor was the most terrible 1.. Of cuz i was very nervious actually.. So b4 i begin, she ask me how i feel n my reply was, many of the things i will be doing later, would be my 1st hands on demonstration, so if anything wrong, pls feel free to correct me.. beginning of the assessment was asking questions on grooming.. I answer them well..

next, i was told to do the opening of a table game, so i explained wat i would be doing, while showing the actions to her.. At the beginning, i was so nervous tat when i was dealing wif a few stacks of chips, my fingers were like shaking badly, so she told me not to shake my hands as it make her nervous as well.. But i couldn't ctrl it, just hope tat she understand n try my best not to be nervous..

However, i was doing well, only for a few minor mistakes as well as the trainers made a mistakes while they were teaching us, giving wrong information. However, after hearing her compliments on the things i am doing, "Very Good!" I got more n more confident n my hands just dun shake anymore.. So the sequence was opening of table, Fill/Credits chips, Cash change, closing of tables etc.. I did them well..

Until the last part, which was the preparations of 8 decks of cards at once, i grew more n more confident n i complete the whole long shuffling process, wifout any hiccups. I was the 1st to complete the assessment among the 4 of them. It was a great sense of satisfaction n achievement for me.. However, i am not gonna be pleased just like this.. Still room for improvement n need to brush up on some of the things, such as mental calculations of payments etc..
